Short/mini skirts over 30. Yay or nay?

Ok, so I'm only just over, at 31, but I just don't know if I should hang up, or just throw away my minis..... I have good legs, but over the past couple of years, I've noticed my ageing has accelerated somewhat although I'm up for the fight! I'm on here a lot

I know it depends greatly on the individual, but what are your thoughts, generally.

Extra- definitely!! I don't like my legs esp.knees so in the summer my skirts are just above the knee or else I am in culottes. In winter for some reason really short skirts and dresses I am totally fine with. Perhaps something to do with the fact that I am usually wearing something knitted on my top half.

I'm 47 (somehow) and love short skirts over v thick tights in winter.

My thighs arr better than my cankles so short skirt with knee boots highlight my best bits.

I find this really depressing. Decide what works for you and wear it. I am lucky to have good legs and am late forties, but wear short skirts if I want. I've never worried too much about it, I wear what works depending on the sort of environment I'm in and go from there, am a bit more careful at work, but to be honest, don't worry too much.
Age rules don't work for me, it depends on your shape, confidence etc, just go with what you like. There are a lot of younger women wearing things that don't suit them, but doesn't bother them, so age isn't the issue.

I'm 41 this month and wear short skirts. I am only 5ft tall and my legs are my best feature so short skirts work well on me.

God, YES! I'm 45 and still wear them, although I tend not to go shorter than mid thigh now, as I've out a little bit of weight on.
