I'm going out for a few drinks with my friends for my birthday next weekend and I need a top. I am not very stylish and terrible at dressing to go out. We're going out in my village - ex Yorkshire pit/mill village - so not super cutting edge. If this top could double up for Christmas too, that would be awesome. I am normally a denim/stripey Tee kind of dresser, but feel a bit of glam might be called for, although I am normally the total opposite of footballer's wife glam. I wear very little make up, and my hair is too curly to "do". (I don't straighten it as it is naturally very coarse, dry and brittle).

I was planning to wear jeans that I already have and boots very similar to these, which I also already own.
Being a country bumpkin with a preschooler, mail order would be best!
