Try TK Maxx!

I got DD a lovely dress when she was a similar age - so cure, holly reaths an candy canes etc.
Because they have lots of European designer stuff I am sure you will find something festive there fore him.

Good Luck

There is a company in the States called Strasburg, They do clothes for boys and girls and have the most beautiful Christmas outfits. They deliver internationally quickly and at an affordable price.

Gap do Christmassy sweaters, you can also order online from Gymboree and with the current exchange rate to the dollar, it's great value but the stuff does take a few weeks to come from the US normally so probably wouldn't get here in time
