They are possibly my silliest yet most covetable party shoes EVER. From Russell & Bromley. I WISH I could find a photo of them to show you. They are Shoes For Standing In Only, they are so high. With round toes. Yum.

I bet 10% of you would think they were fantastic and 90% would think they were TERRIBLE!

I'm in the christmas spirit now

they sound sooo cool, what on earth are you going to wear with them?

noddyholder · 06/12/2006 17:35

I have seen those v nice indeedy!

MerryPiffmas · 06/12/2006 17:35

not real ponies I trust
I've never seen a leopard printed pony...

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 17:35

I think it will have to be something very plain, they are so in your face. Maybe a black sweaterdress with narrow buttoned sleeves, and black opaque tights.

I'm in love!

Thank you for appreciating them

my friend has a similar sounding pair, she wore a short shift style dress with cap style sleeves and thick black opaque tights, she looked divine- as I am sure you will.

TheDivineLiliLaTigresse · 06/12/2006 18:02

no, what you need with those fab sounding shoes is a leopard print top with leopard print leggings, a large gold belt and big hoop earing
and a lot of bright blue eye shadow and some britney spears perfume

they really sound gorgeous pph, totally agree with the sweaterdress and opaque tights idea, very chic yet funky
am

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 18:52

your mum is clearly deeply cool, lockets

dh has just pronounced them "very sexy"

I can never do photos, they always come up too big and I can't resize them. sorry piff!
I couldn't find them on google either

WonderCod · 06/12/2006 18:53

oh fab pph

noddyholder · 06/12/2006 19:04

Those are for tottering not walking....

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 19:06

actually I've just taken them for a turn around the kitchen, and apart from the fact that I'm actually standing en pointe, they aren't too bad (hurrah for wedges)

OP posts:
GlennCloseAsCruellaDeVille · 06/12/2006 19:08

here is a nice red bag..might be a bit too big for when you wear the shoes though

quite useful

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 19:09

lovely!
I'm a sucker for ponyskin

OP posts:
PollyannaInExcelcis · 06/12/2006 19:11

are they the ones that are £145? I am hinting to dh very strongly to pick some of those up for me from London. (well the black version)- they are gorgeous

PollyannaInExcelcis · 06/12/2006 19:12

actually I am thinking about a different pair

SnafuOutOfHiding · 06/12/2006 19:12

They sound completely divine, pph.

Wedges are fab to walk in anyway, so am sure you will be fine

(A friend of mine bought me some gorgeous boots today - isn't that lovely? It's been a good shoe day for everyone!)

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 19:12

sadly they are the ones that cost £225. On bond street, anyway (please don't tell me they are £145 in any more normal part of the world...)

OP posts:
PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 19:13

hey why don't I have friends that buy me boots?

It must be an auspicious full moon for footwear

OP posts:
GlennCloseAsCruellaDeVille · 06/12/2006 19:21

did you like the bag really..I'm having abit of crisis of confidence!

PrincessPeaHead · 06/12/2006 19:25

I LOVED the bag, and I love billy bag generally.

I am just not a diamante kind of girl (diamonds, yes, diamante, no )

If it helps, I thouht the pattern on the bag was pretty...!
