My skin looks like absolute crap at the moment. I have suddenly had a breakout of spots, my skin is looking tired and dull - can you please give me some advice on treatments or products that you use to make your skin look great

I have super dry skin and sensitive.

As previously mentioned. Water. Lots.

Hot polish twice a day.
Exfoliate skin once or twice a week.
Face mask once a week.
Serum before moisturiser I add 2 drops of rebalancing oil to my moisturiser morning and night and that has made a huge difference. My skin look fabulous. Shame about the rest of me.

Products I like are Elemis, Liz Earle, Body Shop for the VitE serum, Clarins rebalancing oil

Ooh, Alicia, can you remember where you heard that? In winter, or when I'm tired, or feeling dehydrated, or on windy days (ok so most days!) I put on an initial moisturiser and then touch up after it dries with that Elizabeth Arden thick vaseline like stuff on my nose, upper lip and around my eyes, on it' own or under makeup. I find it keeps me from feeling dry and my make up is enhanced by it rather than sliding off - mind you I wouldn't do it on hot days. I drink loads of water and eat a healthy diet, use creams to remove my make up daily, get enough exercise and fresh air and sun, but this is the thing that I feel does the trick.
