Where can I go in central/west London for a Garance Doré haircut?

I no longer trust my local hairdresser who always sends me on my way with some variation on a bouffant. Am middle aged with very thick hair. Any suggestions for a friendly haircutter who will do a properly good job? Suspect Garance doesn't get hers done at Supercuts.

Weirdly Vidal Sassoon at Covent Garden. Ask for Marie - she is lovely. But it's a lot more than supercuts.
