Can anyone remember the different HOC spring types and the difference between them? All I can remember is blue and paintbox.

Ah I have only just noticed all of the updates.

As a natural classic blue spring that cannot wear grey I have found this season tricky. There is such a small amount of springy stuff in the shops.

I'm rubbish at linking but here are a few things I've been wearing and buying this season.

Navy ish skirts. Tend to depend on blue on my bottom half in the winter months. New this fall is a midi navy skirt from Other Stories. Nice quality.

I have also just tried a pink silk shirt from Other Stories. It's a nice pretty spring colour. A little loose fitting.

The blue extra fine crew merino jumper from Uniqlo is a great spring turquoise colour. Being returned though as a little square for me.

Oversized scarves. Living in these. Have two from last year in springy colours.
Dark blue ankle boots. M&S and Massimo. They won't have them any more but M&S generally has plenty of navy.

Roll necks. I'm a fan of these under a shift dress or a v neck. Hard to find spring colours this season I've found except for navy or cream. I have the cream Other Stories one which is nice. Kettlewell has plenty but I have not got one.

Checked shirts. Can be hard to find springy ones though. I have one from Zara that's not bad. Uniqlo usually ok for these.
I do tend to live in older navy things with bright oversized scarves. In truth the navy is a bit dark but I find that the scarves light it up. For example I have a couple of ME&EM jumpers, a Cos dress and a denim dress that are all saved by bright scarves.

The red Angie blouse in Hobbs looks nice. It's not cheap. I might try it if I get a code.

I've bought a few nice bits. Really struggling this season though.

I've got this to wear with a black leather mini skirt (that I can't bear to throw even though I'm not 'supposed' to wear black), and biker boots. Also ordered this and this.

And these are my new 'not black' skinny jeans, they're actually much nicer in real life than they look online.

Drat - just wrote a long post and lost it! Oh well - hello fellow springs! I'm 'clear and warm' or 'spring' depending on which system I'm in. There are generally better colours in the shop in spring itself so try to hang on a couple of months if you're planning a big spree! (I wear black sometimes to go out - With make-up, red lips normally, something like black leather leggings and a shiny top in navy or Ivory - or a grey t-shirt...)
