Tights for boys

Does anyone put there baby/toddler boys in tights during winter? DS 1 had some lovely ones with a superman design on them but cant seem to find any boys tights for DS 2.

Both of my DSs wear tights.

My dad wears tights when he goes fishing in the winter

DS1 will be wearing tights in his nativity play - he thinks it very funny (brown BTW)

ds came home from school yesterday and told me in his class had a little accident today (junior infants so it does happen) but was wearing tights and all the class laughed. I really feel for that boy because he will be with those kids in school for the next 14 years or so and he will always be the boy who wore tights.

We had a German boy in our class at infant school whose mother used to make him wear thick ribbed woollen tights under his school uniform shorts (and they were short shorts, not bermudas, this was the 70s). There was a lot of piss-taking, but said boy went on to play rugby for England, so can't have done him any lasting harm.

btw ds also told me that the teacher didn't laugh obviously she took him straight outside.

well, perhaps SCHOOL age boys shoudln't be in tights!

Dont put DS 1 who is almost 5 in tights. Thanks for the tip about Marks though will look there for thermals for him.
The problem with cream tights is that go a bit greyish in the wash.

Mad that DS2 is crawling and trying to stand - sounds v like mine! But yours was so weeny when I last saw him! How is DS1 with him?
