Gold or silver shoes

I have a very fitted but quite demure lbd - I'd like to get some totally impractical high heeled party shoes to go with it. If you have seen any please tell me as I need some very soon.......thanks. Would really like gold or silver as I never get the chance to wear anything like that normally.

Bit of a bargain if you're a size 3 or 7 (guess that's why they're a bargain). Other ones at Faith too.

I am going to recommend these again because they are SUCH a bargain, and they come in silver (pewter) or gold.

Thanks - I love the sparkly silver ones on the Moda in Pelle site - I like the killer heel, pointy toe thing although the ones with the lower heel are also really nice. Have you used the site before?

Def silver ones. I bought a very lovely pair of kitten heeled very open strappy silver ones from Faith recently. Have worn them to a couple of parties so far this season and I got lots of remarks on them. They are mine all mine

I don't normally wear stuff like that but a friend talked me into buying them and I am glad she did. I love them.

Anniemac - as you ask! - pale skin, hazel eyes, dark hair (prob call it chestnut as bits of red in it)
Funny as I never wear gold jewellery - saw too much cheap gold jewellery round in the 80s and I've never gone back to it - but you are right it does actually suit me better. Have a platinum wedding ring though........

Can't do platforms, I used to get told (used - I am 34 with two kids now) that I looked like Val Kilmer's ex wife - can't remember her name now....... the one who played Christine Keeler ..... it'll come to me in a minute. They just aren't me (or her) if you know who I mean.

Yes, that's who I mean. I feel old and haggard though these days, that's why I need sparkly shoes! Not a 40s dress though, it is very fitted, sleeveless, classic lbd. 60s if anything I guess.

You are DETERMINED to convert me to platforms aren't you Anniemac! But, I'm more inclined to the very high heels. What do you think of the Dune ones Fimbos found? And the silver ones on same site?

I don't like the cross over strap on the gold ones fimbo found

the dune ones are a bit old fashioned (ie not fashionable)

the ones anniemac found are lovely

and i like the office ones ndp found

i am a fan of gold shoes, imo silver can be cheap looking
