Alternatives to Isabel Marant crisi boots

I need a good everyday ankle boot. I'm loving the crisi boot but I just can't justify spending that amount of money. Has anyone seen anything similar? Hidden wedge not essential.

They are showing as out of stock for me! You must have got lucky Raia. I will keep checking.

Boots report! I like them Smile I can't lie, the sole and stitching have a cheapness about them. But for 42 quid I'm pretty pleased. They fit well, are super comfy and my acid test 'do I want to wear them/it immediately' is a pass. They don't have a concealed heel or buttery leather lining! But they don't smell of fishy glue either. Looking forward to hearing other reports. Wonder if the grey will get restocked...

Eagerly awaiting the arrival of my beige ones, and keeping fingers crossed for a restock of the grey.

Ooh, how is everyone finding the sizing? I am a big standard 8, occasionally a 7.5, and the 8 are too small!

I'm a 4.5 but got a 5 just in case and they fit well with normal socks. I've found them very comfortable actually but I'm currently in hospital and haven't walked all that far in them! They've cheered me up though. Are you pleased with them otherwise?

I got the Red Horn Asos ones (linked in the second post). They're black and they do have the concealed heel. No fish smell and they look really good as well as being very comfortable. Can't believe how cheap they are (they don't look it). Definitely keeping!

My dark grey Aloofs just arrived and they are indeed green, not grey! A beautiful deep shade of green too. The colour makes them look more expensive than they are, I think Grin

Size-wise, I find them slightly on the long side, and a little narrower in the foot than I would like.

I don't feel so bad about not getting them then! I already have a pair of dark green fiorentini and baker boots. Have returned the beige ones - I think the light colour showed up all the cheapness (less than perfect stitching, sole quality etc), which would be more hidden in a darker colour.
