Knickers that fit - where do you buy yours?

Hi ladies, I am on the hunt for some good knickers. The style that suits my figure are one that are not high rise but sit on the hips, short style really, but I want some that fit round the bum properly with some good elastic.

Any recommendations?

I buy a similar style from M&S. Plus I need good cotton that stretches comfortably.
