Do you like these boots?

I tried a pair of these on today, they are a bit (lot) more than i wanted to spend but most of the other boots i liked were in a similar price range. Also the girl in the shop was a bit pushy so i needed time to think. She said i could wear them in the rain and snow. Really??

I am short and fat with large calfs so can't get away with long boots, quite like the biker boot style. Will be worn for the school run, general wear and to work probably.

They were comfy, i liked that i woudlnt necessarily have to wear socks.

I've had fly boots. loved them. For all of two weeks, before they fell to bits. waterproof? ?? Don't even wear them if its humid!

I like them but they'd be too hot for me.

They look great quorn, but they are not leather and that tends to stuff my feet up. I have managed to get the boots in my OP for £79 thanks to bousymumofboys post - can't wait for them to turn up :) I don';t think i could have paid £150 in all honesty.

Mine arrived this morning - really pleased with them. Very cosy and warm. A complete bargain for £100 discount I think.
