How do you ensure sun protection at this time of year?

I'm in the UK. At the moment, I'm using a moisturiser with SPF 15 and my foundation has SPF 20 (I know that doesn't mean SPF 35 in total!)
No separate sunscreen product. Most days I'm outside for max 1-2 hours total. If I was outside for hours on a sunny day, I would use a separate factor 50 sunscreen.

I have very fair skin and am keen to protect it as much as necessary. What would you recommend? Many thanks

That seems plenty for 1-2 hours of autumnal sunshine, even for someone who is particularly keen to protect their skin.

I am using nothing now that I have switched from my summer SPF tinted moisturiser.

Nothing at the moment - if we go out for the day at the weekend and are going to be outside for a lot of hours then I would use my clarins spf that I use in spring and summer.

I have fair skin and am sometimes our in three middle of the day for 1-2hours I don't use anything. The sun isn't strong enough to burn now.

And you won't need any extra protection. I think you seriously need to consider taking a high dose vitamin D3, If you still want to use sunscreen. Or you'll become defiant over winter.

OK, sounds like I'm well covered, thanks everyone. I do take a high daily dose of Vitamin D3 year round.
