Wedding dress help.

I'm helping a friend find a wedding dress, and we've come to a bit of a dead end.

All she knows is she wants it to be long, and go in at the waist. However, she also has a budget of £200, which rules out most bridal shops.

Luckily, she's not fussy and is willing to consider cream bridesmaid dresses and maxi dresses and anything along those lines, doesn't need to be a full on wedding dress.

We're checking shops like Debenhams, ASOS, BHS, Coast, but we've probably forgotten some obvious ones. Any suggestions?

BHS(!) is well worth a look for bridesmaids dresses. They used to do a version of the infinity / multiway dress thing but I think they've stopped - word is that that sort of dress is a nightmare to wear.

Might be worth looking at thier wedding dresses too actually.

If you can tell us her dress size there are probably a few things here and there in the sales. I never like to link to stuff with really limited sizes left, just in case...

She fell in love with a dress in BHS a while ago, but it sold out. One has just come up on eBay, in her size and in the next town over, so hopefully she can see it in person before buying!

And Debenhams have infinity dresses on sale, in the right colour. One of the other bridesmaids is a bit 'alternative' and being a grump because they're boring, but I really like it.
