Is it just me, or is it all a bit meh?

Not much there, and what there is, is really quite dull and uninspiring.

I also think it's a bad mood. I clicked on the link above and looked at a couple of areas - dresses, skirts and tops - and thought meh. All the frontline photos were dingy, depressing colours - I couldn't be bothered to click through and see if there were more interesting colours.

Explain how the clothes have been reviewed if they are not on sale yet

The ones with reviews will be the ones that are also in previous seasons, like skinny jeans, Breton tops etc. I think. They are just the same item in different colours.

Can somebody explain the credit card thing to me? There's a few things I like but I always need to order two sizes which is £££££. Will Johnnie take my money NOW for stuff that won't ship til January? In which case I'm likely to say sod off as there's bloomin xmAs to pay for!!

They didn't used to take money until despatch and so would order from preview. His new cheeky ways mean I browse only!!

I don't think they take the money until dispatch. But they do "reserve" the amount. So if you had a credit card limit of £1000, and put in an order of £100, boden would reserve £100 with your credit card company, and you would have £900 credit limit left available to spend elsewhere.

But they don't actually charge you now.

I think that's right, anyway.

Clothes have been reviewed as they will already be in their range at the minute, the Spring will have new colours.
The fashion world works seasonally ahead, it is the norm. All the celebs need to pre-order their outfits,don'tcha know?
Although they don't shop in Boden.
