Clarks court shoes - heel loose after 2 wks!!

I bought some new shoes in Clarks for work a fortnight ago and on my way in this morning the heel came loose.

I have the credit card slip but not with me - please is there anything I can do?

login to online banking, take a printout of your credit card statement/account for proof of purchase, then hobble to clarks & ask for your refund...

Thanks - I really hadn't thought of that. It's a bril idea.

I have taken them off in the office to avoid causing any more damage.
