Can I wear these shoes with this dress

I have got this dress which is a fine knit (I didn't realise that when I bought it until I saw it in the flesh). I only do 'smart casual' for work generally and this is a work dress.

I know that it would probably look better with ballet flats (don't do anything with more than a 1 1/2 inch heel as I would fall over) but I quite like these shoes and I would wear them more than a pair of ballet flats

It's a no from me. I'd wear it (and it's a cute dress) with a pair of Mary Janes.

Pointy stiletoes or Mary janes I think. Lovely dress!

Thanks, I don't like Mary Janes and stilettos are not me at all. Will carry on searching.
