Pregnant, skin shite. Talk to me about natural skin care.

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and my skin is a hormonal mess. Loads of spots on my chin. Once one dies another ten come to its funeral. It's not much in the scheme of things but I just feel like crap.

I'm using LRP Effaclar (the trio) which seemed to work "ish" pre-pregnancy, though I'd only been using it for maybe 3 months. Prior to that it was Simple face-wipes and moisturiser plus intermittent courses of Duac as needed if things got out of hand (prone to mild chin spottiness anyway).

But having read about just how much unpronounceable stuff goes into most skin care products I just wonder if something more natural/DIY might be worth a shot. You know, hot flannels, oats, the ubiquitous coconut oil, all that jazz.

Is there anyone out there who could offer natural spot fighting advice to a pregnant woman on the verge of donning a paper bag?
