SurlyCue · 19/09/2015 12:52

percy and reed sounds pricey? where do you get it? currently using asda's own conditioner Grin

BrianButterfield · 19/09/2015 12:54

Alberto Balsam apple stuff smells lovely and it's about £1 a bottle!

trufflesnout · 19/09/2015 12:55

I like the stink of Herbal Essences - the ones in the old bottles, not the new ones.

MamOfSteel · 19/09/2015 12:57

£16 for a 250ml conditioner! Ooh Percy is pricey!

oh so that's a no from me then Grin

I was using the strawberry alberto balsam one, it's quite nice. not fussed on apple myself but that's just personal taste.

SurlyCue · 19/09/2015 13:01

I used to love herbal essences when I was a teen. haven't used it since I moved out of my mum's house as I'm always skint! might treat myself if I see I on offer.

IHaveBrilloHair · 19/09/2015 13:02

Percy is pricey, but oh the smell is to die for, even if you get a tiny bottle for special ocassions which is what I do.

lavendersun · 19/09/2015 13:05

Jason's organics jojoba smells really lovely and still smells nice the next day.

WaggleBee · 19/09/2015 14:14

Old school but Aussie conditioner still smells amazing.

Or the Garnier Ultimates shampoo and conditioners smell pretty good and it stays on your hair for a while after washing. It's the only shampoo I've ever used that's got me compliments in how my hair smells. I like the one in the orange bottle. Think it's called marvellous hair or something like that.

Failing that, could you do the Chanel way of applying perfume? Three squirts in the air and then waft through it quickly so it settles on your hair?

rocket74 · 19/09/2015 14:22

Umberto gianni do one in gold bottles from boots that I love. Think they smell like you have been to the hairdressers. 3 for 2 price normally.
Loreal expertise in green tubes smells of rosemary and mint but subtle that's my fave at the moment!

LunchpackOfNotreDame · 19/09/2015 17:44

I'm liking Wilkinsons rhubarb shampoo and conditioner. It's lovely

Fluffyears · 19/09/2015 17:46

Or just spray your perfum in a cloud above you and let it land on your hair.

Carlywurly · 19/09/2015 21:02

Herbal essences. Dp goes mad for the smell of that Smile

velourvoyageur · 19/09/2015 23:47

Love herbal essences! Old and new versions.

Have fun OP!

Can you still get Flex?
That used to be The One in the 80s and I can still remember the gorgeous smell of it (though I never used it myself)

Percy and Reed is on QVC and M&S

Nettletheelf · 20/09/2015 00:47

Yes, you can still get Flex. B&M, massive bottle. The stuff they have is Spanish, made under licence from L'oreal. Still smells fab.

IguanaTail · 20/09/2015 00:56

Mythic Oil

MamOfSteel · 20/09/2015 12:24

Will go have a sniff of Herbal Essences and the others :D

MamOfSteel · 20/09/2015 15:11

I use Aussie normally, I do like it but am probably used to the smell now so don't notice it?

Oh I'll have a sniff of that too OhWhat, thanks
