Bit of a long shot but has anyone seen this dress?

I've seen this dress on someone recently but didn't get to ask them where it's from!

It's a smartish day time dress/work dress, main colours are black and white with a bit of grey. Geometric print, knee length and I think 3/4 length sleeves. Looks like jersey fabric, sort of drapey.

Any ideas?
