You in boots yet?

It seems early but after a beautiful day yesterday, today is grey and miserable. Am thinking I want to get my boots out. Will I look like a knobhead?
Knee length. Not ankle.

Yup. Have been in & out of them all 'summer'. Including the sheepskin ones - in July!

Ankle boots came out yesterday and I'm predicting knee length will be out by the end of the week :)

My Birkies have scarcely had an outing this summer.

I did go to a far and hot land for a week in July, and I might have worn them then, but otherwise I forget.

Just reporting blue sky and sunshine here now, so can't complain.

Yep! I wore wedge sandals to my first day back at work after the summer and was freezing most of the day, even when the sun came out.

I'm in ankle boots and nice cosy socks this week .

Cant wait to crack out the long boots, but it needs to be definitely cold and grey for that!

Nope, I'm still in my shorts. With a jumper admittedly, but still in my shorts.

I need a new pair too - black leather, no odd decoration, flat (I do a lot of walking). I found a lovely pair last August and wore them a lot until about March, I even had them re-heeled. About three weeks later the zip unravelled! I did get my money back for them, but it's really irritating. And I have to buy a new pair this year

Boots on and off throughout the summer - mainly Chelsea boots with rolled up skinny jeans - but today I'm in brogues. Bare ankles, but they are a bit chilly!

Thought for a moment you were referring to the pharmacy! I'm not in boots yet but need to get some new calf-length ones as my trusty Clarks pair are a few years old and have a hole in both toes :( But that's easier said than done as I have slim calves and most calf-length boots look like boats on me!

Not boots yet but leather low top trainers from Next. The sandals wear all packed away 2 weeks ago.

It's warm and sunny in Paris at the mo, so not got as far as boots.

It's really warm today here on the south coast.

I've mostly been in my pyjamas because I'm on nights but when I did venture out, I felt overdressed in sandals and jeans. It was properly warm.

Boots are ready to go though, I love boots and coats time of year.

Constance I feel your pain. I bought a few pairs of Hotter - one pair of Mary Janes with a small heel and a couple of the Donna ones. Only worn one pair. Because I have really wide feet I struggle the shoes but I like boots because I think they assume you will wea socks with them and if I don't I can get them on!
Boots-wise Next have some beautiful ones in their Clearance.

i love boots. I wear boots from September to May. I've not quite been wearing them every day, but will be by the end of the month.
