Saw someone wearing a blue dress with red spots, any idea where it was from?

Long sleeved, think it may have been a wrap style.

I'm hoping it might be something in the shops at the minute as I liked it but have looked on shop style as well as usual suspects (Boden, Hobbs, debenhams, John Lewis) and can't find it.

I have a Cath Kidston one like that but it buttons down the front

Plus a phase eight one but natural spots on navy and a Boden one from 2 years ago with blue on navy

I think it might be this phase eight but in a different colour. Looks very similar. Shame because Im not keen on the available colour. Thanks.

Phase 8 did fo a blue/red dress similar to that once. I was watching one on EBay about a year ago.
