Holly Willoughby's necklace and bracelet on This Morning

On This Morning today Holly was wearing a gorgeous gold four leaf clover necklace, does anyone know where it is from or where I could find out.
She was also has wearing a matching bracelet with alternating gold and black clovers all the way round. I love it and have decided I need it in my life!!

They used to put information on the website about presenter clothes.

It looked like a Van Cleef style necklace to me.
