M & S Indigo boyfriend jeans (skinny fit) any one bought these?

I have a pair and wore them for the first time today. One of the outer seams is a bit twisted, not a major problem, I can change them. But within an hour of wearing them they had gone baggy! The legs from the knee down have gone loose and they have wrinkled. When I tried them in the shop and when I first put the on they were fine. Now they look like "slopping" around jeans.
Has anyone else had the same problem?

I stopped buying jeans of any description from M&S for exactly that reason.

I got a pair of stretch skinny jeans from the limited collection last month. Whilst they're a great fit (no issues with baggy knees here) they smell of shite. I wish I was joking. They've now come out of their second wash and I'm waiting to see if they still smell like a friggin barnyard. Must be whatever bleach of chemicals they've used.
