Knee length boots and skinny trousers(jeans)

Are they now old fashioned?

I have some Duo narrow calf knee length boots to wear with short skirts, but am thinking about buying another pair to wear solely with jeans (I have skinny legs so most boots only fit over trousers.)

But is it ankle boots all the way now?

Been boot shopping this week and most shops have a range of knee, over the knee, ankle and shoe boots. Fewer calf-length boots than in previous years, though...so maybe that says something about whats' fashionable'?

I wear what suits me, personally. I look good in ankle boots or high knee boots/over the knee...awful in shorter/calf length boots. If you like them, wear them Grin

I don't think so, I wear both short and long boots. Long boots over jeans is sooooo warm in winter. I'll never stop!

Was reading this months Marie Claire . They say calf and knee boots are coming back in . And ankles are going out .

I wear either ankle or knee length. I find calf length ones really unflattering.

I've not worn knee length boots for a couple of years but I'm just beginning to think they look interesting again. I'm personally not that keen on long boots over jeans but I'll definitely be wearing them with skirts and dresses this winter.

Mind you, I'm not sure if that constitutes fashionable Grin
