Any recommendations for some kind of bra-type thing? A bit more shape would be good, but mainly want to avoid my nipples sticking out too obviously . Do those stick-on bra cup things actually stick? There will be dancing so it'll need to stay put…

How about something like these breast lift tit tapes with those petal things to cover your nipples?
