What short sleeved tops do you wear to work in office?

I can do autumn winter no problem but I always get flummoxed in summer. Sleeveless always seems a bit informal for the office but I struggle to find tops that have a short sleeve.

Has anyone found a t shirt type top that would be smart enough?

Or will it have to be dresses?

House of Fraser have loads with short sleeves on their web site. Some with collars and some without. All sorts of makes. M and S have blouses/tops with short sleeves. Bought one yesterday. Not sure T shirt type tops are suitable if sleevless is not. I think a crisp cotton or silk is better.

I wear the following:

Structured tops in cotton/broderie (Boden are good for these)
Printed short sleeved tops (Monsoon, Next)
Teeshirts that are a bit more "fancy" than bog standard ones (ie printed, or with lace panels/ruffles etc)
Short sleeved classic shirts (charity shops are a good source)

In the winter, stick a cardi over the top.

And never sleeveless in the office.
