I have had a cardigan from H&M for three years now and never worn it because I don't know what to wear it with. Its a bog standard round neck cardi, fairly skinny fit. Please help!!

dark denim jeans

I know it is against tranny and suzannah's rules but I wear red with black

womba1 · 24/11/2006 15:35

Black can look stunning with red, as can cream.

expatinscotland · 24/11/2006 15:35

heather grey

flutterbee · 24/11/2006 15:37

Black trousers and a black t-shirt type thing with the red acrdi over would look lovely.

TheHighwayCod · 24/11/2006 15:37

leopard

MrsBadger · 24/11/2006 15:45

I have red tops and wear with
dark denim
brown combats
olive green cords
brown cord skirt

Miaou · 24/11/2006 15:45

I'd probably wear black jeans and a white fitted top with it, but I have no style and cod is bound to tell me it would look vile

zippitippitoes · 24/11/2006 15:47

caMEL

MrsBadger · 24/11/2006 15:57

ooh yes

camel or tan (are summer trousers so forgot about them temporarily)

SoMuchToBits · 24/11/2006 15:59

Depends whether it is a cool or warm bright red. If cool, then I would wear charcoal grey or a bluish burgundy. If warm, then I would wear chocolate brown or other warm browns.

GeorginaA · 24/11/2006 16:10

I wear mine with browns or a sort of dark foresty green - autumnal colours. I probably look like a christmas tree

pollypeachum · 24/11/2006 16:43

You lot are good! I am going to rifle through my drawers and see what colours I've got.
I am fairly certain that I don't have any leopard though.
Perhaps thats where I'm going wrong!

There's also fabby leopard shoes with a red trim in New Look at 20quid. Fancy a pair myself. Add to jumper with dark jeans, black brown trousers. GRRRRrrrrrr, or should that be ROarrrr(bad leopard impression)

NomDePlume · 24/11/2006 18:27

there are lots of leopard and red shoes on the high street atm.

TheHighwayCod · 24/11/2006 19:26

yees have htey are loose red ribbon bow?

pollypeachum · 24/11/2006 21:11

I'm taken with the leopard idea. Feel the scales have fallen from my eyes - after all leopard is basically camel and black, both of which go with red, but funkier than those two individually.
Am off to New Look next week.

Has anyone noticed that Tranny and S always look dreadful themselves?

TheHighwayCod · 25/11/2006 08:15

NomDePlume · 25/11/2006 10:12

Generally I hate anything by Morgan and leopard but I'm strangely drawn to these

pollypeachum · 25/11/2006 14:26

I like those shoes but I fear I'd end up with a strangely broken ankle if I tried you wear them.
Am definitely off on a leopard hunt next week though.

You could go for a more ballet pump style flattie instead . I know Cod had some leopard ones from Next but I think she said they were really uncomfortable (?).

kdinas · 25/11/2006 15:16
