Really old lady type comfy - I wear hush puppies/Ecco mainly

You need old fashioned (child of the 70s here) what we used to call 'Jesus sandals'. Although God only knows where you'd find them... local market most likely. My mum used to buy mine from the clarks shop.

Nope jesus sandels have the buckle riveted on and the riviet is a pain
