Hi all, I have bad chest creases from sleeping on my side, do any of you suffer with this and if so any recommendations other than the silcskin chest pads, they do help but I am after a more permanent solution.

Thanks

I've been sweeping my nip and fab glyclolic pAds over my chest and yes the creases are a bit less obvious :)

I cuddle a pillow in an attempt to avoid these!! Had a few start so became conscious about them deepening...and yes to waking up to readjust!

Retinal and glycolic would both help.

retinol

I know this is a zombie thread but I had to share what a miraculous, if temporary find, I've come across.
'Silcskin' stick on gel pads, 30 quid for one and they only last a month but honestly if you stick one at bedtime on any chest lines the next day they've gone! I'm in my late forties and have a few lines that look a bit crap if I have a vest top on but you stick these things on and the next morning there's none there.
Obviously best for saving for a wedding or party whatever its too much faff every night.

Facercise neck exercises do help with this. I get it a lot cos i love to sleep scrunched up, but I find exfoliating daily with the indeed powder exfoliant (really gentle) helps, and loads of body lotion. My favourite is the clarins one for dry skin. Put it over an oil, too.
