Please help me! I've had so many bra fittings recently and I'm left depressed by them all as alI widely differ in sizes. I have no bras that fit and i just want someone who knows what they are doing!
Do you wonderful people think Bravissimo are any good??

sksk well, you know your shoe size too but would still try different ones to see which ones fit you best, right? Bras come in many different styles and shapes so just knowing your size isn't enough.

Smaller band so 34 (maybe even 32 if it is stretchy but let's not go there yet!)

Bigger cup, likely start point if your 36D is misbehaving is 34E or 34F.
Many many different bra shapes out there so getting fitted will help establish what suits you. Bras can vary massively in same alleged size- Fantasie and Freya bras often come up two sizes bigger than Bravissimo own brand!

Squizita- Bravissimo's nursing options are extremely limited, mainly because of what's available in the range of sizes they cater for. They want each style to cover most of them which is difficult.

Stripytees, I agree completely- I've figured out that most balcony/plunge types are really uncomfortable (for me), so I've tended to stick with t shirt bras. All I want is basic every day bras that will work with most outfits but m+s which used to be my go to doesn't seem to cut it anymore.
Is La Senza any good or is it more about fashion than comfort there?

I'd say try some 34E or F's. There are fitting guidelines on the bra intervention threads? You might even end up with a 32FF which might seem a comedy size but isn't at all unusual.

Which exact bra fits best depends on the shape of your shoulders, ribs, boobs all together so do try some different brands /styles in the size. Also do put a t-shirt over them to judge how you like the "shape" they give you, it's much more important than the colour/trim of the bra. Don't get hung up on the size on the label, you will look and feel so much better in a good bra.
