Maybe a wrap top of some sort? Saw this and thought it was beautiful, but not 100% sure it would go.

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 11:02

oh yes i like that colour and style jackie

(why do asos always have the models in clothes that are clearly too large for them?)

i cant really do wrap tops as being v small ie 5' they tend to be too low over the cleaveage (unless they are petite sized) and i sometimes think wrap tops make your tits look odd shaped (!)

How about a halter neck? Possibly a bit cold? But could look good?

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 11:04

OK - not a halter neck at all, but how about this - could look a bit Jackie O, iykwim? Can't remember - are you norkularly challenged, or gifted? (would be better if you're challenged, I think).

JackieNo · 22/11/2006 11:11

How about a waistcoat - a bit 'Flashdance'. This halter neck looks good?

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 11:11

i am average norks
well, 34c/d

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 11:16

yes its nice inst it mascara

but im kind of funny about my arms

OP posts:
JackieNo · 22/11/2006 11:17

I think the purple one should be fine with your colouring. Guess you'd have to try on the waistcoat one to see how it felt.

MascaraOHaraIncredibleSheHulk · 22/11/2006 11:18

what's up with your arms?

The only issue I have with those high neck halter tops is that - if you are slightly fatty (like me) around the chest it can sometimes emphasise it.

Might have to take nip in Warehouse next time I'm passing and try it on

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 11:19

hmmm i just dont like them

they wobble

MascaraOHaraIncredibleSheHulk · 22/11/2006 11:25

lol @ they wobble.

around the tricep? tricep dips are brill at curing that - htye'd be lovely by christmas day if you did some everyday, can I interest you? you could do them off your sette whilst watching tv...

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 13:36

i go to the gym 3x week and i know i should grab some weights and do the tricep thingy but standing in front of the mirror while lithe girlies and blokes do 40 sit ups a second pput me off

OP posts:
JackieNo · 22/11/2006 13:37

I guess if you're not happy about your arms, best to avoid halter necks.

nailpolish · 22/11/2006 13:39

yes

you can wear a shrug or whatever but whats the point of that?

nappyaddict · 28/11/2006 17:35

i like the waist coat and the purple wallis top. you could wear a wrap top if you put something underneath it.
