Please help - what should I wear on top of this dress?

I'm a size 14, pear shaped, so tiny boleros/shrugs pretty much out of the question. Could you please suggest something to keep me a bit warm at a wedding? What colour and style? Thanks!

I don't know where I got pear shaped from, I'm a clear apple.

I think I would accessorise with a bright pink pashmina and pink shoes.

You could buy a big brooch and pin the pashmina rather than wearing it as a shawl.

Thank you both. I think I would be more comfortable wearing white/cream rather than pink. Both pashmina and fitted jacket are good ideas.
