the cure for hh sydrome is

  1. wear socks in winter - summer is a no-no but winter you can make pedicurous amends
2.'cream and sheathe' i have introduced my friends to it. i use body shop hemp foot cream - slather it on and pop a trainer sock over the foot. sleep. next morning - delight in the change!

Flexitol is cheaper in Superdrug than Boots, I have found.

My feet are treated to Scholl's AHA foot scrub every other night, then cotton socks w/Vaseline.

I keep Flexitol to hand for those times when even that doesn't seem to be keeping them smooth.

Always treat your feet and back w/respect, people, b/c it's hell when they go t(ts up.

Now I have found that Almond oil and salt work brilliantly to soften up my hands.
Will that work on feet too?
