Maybe its the humid weather we're having in the south east at the moment, but my hair is looking a bit fried at the moment. Its extremely thick, coarse, prone to frizz and just general bad behaviour 
I've been using an Elvive mask which does make a difference but I'm sure its packed with silicone and other cheap nasties which aren't doing my hair much good really. I use the Body Shop Rainforest shampoo to wash and Rainforest Hair Butter + Umberto Giannini gel to style.
Recommendations for treatments, masks etc very much appreciated - thanks!
