which shoes with this dress?

I have a dress like this buy black and grey stripes. comes to just above my knee, what shoes would you wear? are boots too much?

id wear boots!

heeled boots or round-toed platformy type thingsin any colour but black. opaque black tights.

i was hoping someone would say that! I haven't worn a dress since i was about 14 so its a bit scary getting my corn beef legs out!

I agree on the boots, Lovely dress though.
