Bleach's salon in Top shop - have booked a balayage for next week- but wondering if anyone here has been there

I've been quite a few times.

The first couple were great (subtle dip dye, back when it was fashionable). They did a good job I thought.

Last time I was much less impressed but I had asked for something a bit different & probably wasn't clear about what I wanted.

I think they'll be great for a balayage and they do tend to knos what they're doing with colour.
