Am i the only one who can't see the difference between cool and warm toned lipsticks??

I'm on the hunt for a blue toned dark lipstick and I'm clueless! How do people spot the difference? I'm not colour blind but may just be dense!

Can anyone save me from more time spent in Boots drawing on my hands and muttering to myself??

It is hard and does take some training. You could have a look at Temptalia.com - she has a lot of swatches so you can get an idea of the differences (and maybe even find the lipstick you're looking for).
