SOOOOO ANNOYED... brand new top shrunk!!!

I just got a beautiful new mernino black top from paris and followed the wash care instructions exactly but it has shrunk, I am so annoyed, only wore it once

What would you do....?
I want to ask the store about it, since I have absolutely done as the label said!

I think that as long as you followed the washing instructions on the label, you should have every right to a refund - it's not your fault!

Not performing as expected means you are entitled to a refund. This should apply even in Paris, as lots of laws have come through lately from EU. Know lots about this for very sad reasons.....
