Bra intervention didn't work for me!

I measured myself as per the bra guru instructions and came up at something like a 36G/GG (in a 38FF), I bought a few different bras in the new size and they were all terrible. The bands were unbearably tight and the cups were huge! I scooped and scooped until I could scoop no more and they were still ridiculously too big and baggy. I changed them all for 38FF and they were perfect.

Has bra intervention not worked for anyone else or is it just me?

Always one to check for when there's overspill in the middle - I'm very close set so can have overspill in the middle but empty sides! When you say the edge digs in, do you mean the top edge of the cups, or the outside (under the armpits) or...?

Sorry for all the questions! Trying to narrow down what's wrong
