No matter what I do to, or use on my hair it always looks dry n dull.

I've tried coconut oil, sls and paraben free shampoos and conditioners, hair oils. Nothing works. I've even had times when I've stopped using heat.

Has anyone got their hair routine spot on. What do you use?

I've had a kerastase hair oil recommended but I don't know that much about it
Sad

The best thing I've found is mustard oil. It's so cheap and slightly smelly smells like mustard funnily enough but I wet my hair, leave it on as long as I can, wash it out and my hair is so silky and soft after it's worth smelling like a sandwich for Grin

What about your diet? Pulses, fresh fruit and veg all work towards shiny hair x

My diet is pretty healthy, I take a multi bit everyday, plus fish oil. Also use chia seeds n cacao in my morning smoothie

The ends are just so dry, even after a haircut

Have you checked whether your hair products contain silicone? My hair reached crisis point a couple of years ago, having use Frizz Ease for a really long time. It went like straw and didn't respond to anything I did. After cutting out all products containing silicone, my hair recovered within a few months and is now in brilliant condition (even though it is curly and highlighted).

rEN does an amazing silicon free conditioner

Nothing comes near it IMO

(You can order it online, not cheap but it works)
