OMG how did I not know about foot filing when I've been alive 40 years?

I am such a freaking weirdo. Had my first pedicure for my 40th birthday and was fascinated how much difference a little foot sanding made to my feet. So I went a bought a cheap 50p jobby from Tesco and my feet are now so soft!! I am filing my knees too lol (that's weird yes? ).

I never really looked at my feet beyond putting on nail polish when needed. I keep staring at other people's heels now!! I'm thinking a job in podiatry beckons.

Is the skin on your knees so bad you have to file it? thought I was the only one with this problem!

Yeah foot files are ace. You can get a little machine that does the rubbing for you though, most I've seen are battery but my sis has one which plugs into the mains.

Don't forget to moisturise afterwards. I like to soak my feet in water for ten mins or so first as I get more skin off then
