Eve Lom - once or twice a day?

Just bought some Eve Lom cleanser - the insert seems to suggest once daily use . What does everybody else do?
Girl in Space NK shop was useless - didn't know or didn't deign to tell me. That's another story tho.

once is enough. although if i want to look radiant i would put slightly more on in the morning, wear it during breakfast (am single, so no dh to put off his porridge) then wash it off in a hot shower.

also - the face mask is literally the best skincare product ive EVER used
