I've spent years uncomfortable wearing bras and now it's verging on phobic. I've been properly fitted at R&B and even had made to measure. The first bra was great but have not been able to repeat the experience. I've modified bras, tried making them. My life is being blighted by having to wear them and I have to wear them - size 36H. It's like having to wear ill-fitting shoes all the time.
Any words of wisdom would be very welcome. I feel either angry or depressed. This has been going for decades and now it is having a serious impact on my life.
