I have the most awkward feet... please find me some shoes!

I am on my feet all day at work. I run a gastro pub so need shoes that are comfortable for 12 hours days, closed toe, closed heel. Need something with nothing more than a 1" heel.
I have orthotic insoles that I wear in nearly all my shoes. I rip out the insides of shoes, and put my insoles in.
I currently wear:
Brogues (Clarks) which are extremely good for my feet, comfortable, but getting a bit warm for these now.
These: moccasins
And converse. Whilst still comfortable with my insoles, I definitely notice the difference in my posture without having a bit of a heel.
I wear shirts and jeans/chinos, or summery dresses. Nothing too formal.
I LOVE these but they are a bit too £££
I bought a pair of Tod's in the sale, but they got ruined at work within about 3 months!

Please find me something that goes with slim fit jeans/jeans/few knee length dresses!

I'm a 3" court shoe wearer so probably not the best person to.answer but all I know is that DHS feet and knees are trashed from years of converse wearing!

Odd suggestion, but have you tried M&S? Very hit and miss but every once in a while they come up with a fab style or two and I hear their soles are very comfy if you're on your feet all day.

The Sophia DM's are very similar to those Clarke but will take a beating. Good chunky heal and sole. Order directly from DM website or Amazon

I can't wear heels at all but can walk forever on the Sophia chunky heel. Very comfy

Thanks both. Clarks do a similar one to the DM Sophia, but its the chunkiness of the sole I don't like. Evidently it is Start-rite for adults it appears I'm looking for! I've tried M&S but the quality recently makes me want to weep. It doesn't matter how comfortable or padded the insides are, as I swap them for a rigid insole, but the soles have got to be hardwearing, so no silicone-y wax bottoms that wear away in a minute!
