Footer. Again. WHY does it choose to work sometimes but not others? Any clues?

I am cross and disappointed. I mean, worse things happen at sea and all that, but still.

This is probably the fourth or fith time I've used it (over a few years) and the second time I've had it do nothing. I kindly provided it with plenty of hard, dried out foot but nada. Zilch.

I follow the instructions and haven't been able to think of anything I've done differently the times it didn't work to the times it did. It is very frustrating indeed, especially having dithered back and forth about spending the money on the socks or a new foot scraping device.

Any idea how or why this happens? Am I the only one?

What is it?

Well I'm peeved because I bought the cheapy ones off eBay that get hundreds of recommendations, tried it over a week ago and still nothing. So I can imagine how much more peeved I'd be if I'd shelled out for the actual real deal.

If you've done it before OP and know you haven't done anything different then I don't know what to advise. I can only offer my sympathy.

At least the weather is so shit lately that I don't need to worry about getting my feet out!

No idea - but have concluded now that a medi pedi from a Podiatrist cost almost the same and is much, much more reliable.

Contact the shop where you bought it. It might be a quality control issue.

I used it and the skin did all fall off but the effect doesn't last as well as a file for the £
