Help! Best haircare for 40 something's hair?

I'm in my mid 40s and have been in HRT for the past few months. I have noticed my hair seems drier and flatter these days. It also quickly goes very static.

I've used John Feida Sheer Blonde range for years but wondering if I need something more gentle. I have heard Aveda is very good?

It's a tricky stage isn't it?

I'm not sure about current Aveda.

Amdega is very protective.

Or Swarfega to balance oil levels?

I love Pureology. It's been great for my hair (also on HRT).
