....... just bought an expensive leather bag. Paid quite a bit in p&p, it arrived via Royal Mail and I had to collect from the PO - so already not too impressed for my £12.95. Bag is nice but of poor quality - the leather dyeing process is very hit and miss and there are some very obvious streaks so am returning it. So that's a total of £26 p&p for poor quality - would you expect the seller to refund the postage costs?

I think, legally under the distance selling regs, if you return the item within 7 days, you can ask for the postage to be refunded. I think it's because you haven't had a chance to view the product in the flesh.
