would you recommend la roche products for rosacea prone skin?

I am 45 and have always had combination skin, oily t-zone and fairly normal elsewhere. However in past 12 months or so my skin has changed a lot, still probe to oilness but combined with sever dryness - it feels like sandpaper sometimes and very red across cheekbones.

I am at my wits end with is as nothing seems to be working. Last week I bought Dermalex for rosacea and it has def helped with the oiliness and also the redness though cheeks and jawline and forehead are still very dry and rough feeling.

I need to get a new cleanser & moisturiser and was thinking of la roche stuff, I have never used it before but have seen it mentioned a lot.

Is there a particular one you would suggest?

Or anything else that is better?

It is the dryness I am concerned with just now

The La Roche is nice, but Cetaphil cleanser is way cheaper and really good. Try just using that and the Dermalex for a while and see how it goes

Yes, you can get it in larger Boots (in the problem skin bit of the pharmacy area), though I find it easier to order online with them as then I get it delivered to my local Boots
