Suncream recommendations?

Hi everyone, suncream being expensive and a fair few bottles needed for a family of 4 on a 2 week holiday I was wondering which brands you use that come up best for quality and value? I have read an article recently to say that some of the big brands are not giving the protection they are advertising in terms of UVA etc and I'm now thinking is the ALDI suncream just as good as the £10 & £12 bottles in boots?

I use ultra sun 30 sport never burnt on it but I try and stay out of the midday sun, as I am super pale. It's brilliant stuff. Used to be a big soltan fan especially their 50 spray but it stains white clothes.

Ultrasun fan here. But we are quite lax at using any creams
Blush

I have purchased recently The Green People spf15 as it was on offer. Perhaps that will get used more as it smells better.

Disclaimer: no young DC here. Teens so they can't be forcibly smeared with spf! DH tends to shun creams too. He usually covers up most of the time. Still ends up with a tanned head and forearms.

Always use P20, love it, and it's bargain £10 in home bargains

The La Roche Posay range available in many places including Boots is fabulous. It has dedicated kids products as well as many brilliant options for adults and very kind to your skin. Would highly recommend.

I have bought P20 because it's not a white cream as per my DD instructions and piz buin all day for my face because I love the smell both of which were on special offer at my local Savers.

I'm a huge fan of Lancaster sun creams. I've just picked up a large bottle of their factor 25 sun lotion and after-sun tan booster cream for just £15 each at TK Maxx. Bargain.
